TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PRICES:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice.

SHIPPING:
FOB Stanwood, WA. Shipping and handling charges are not included.

TERMS:
1. Net 30 days from date of shipment for those with established credit.
First time customers are COD.
2. Balances due after 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month
on unpaid balance.
3. Taxes and fees associated with the purchase of our plant material such as
phyto sanitary certificates, import duties, sales tax and any other taxes are the
responsibility of the buyer.
4. Summer Digging will require an additional 20%.
This charge includes treatment with Bioplex for the root system and foliage.
We also treat the foliage with an Anti-Transpirant.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS:
$2,000 - $5,000 2%
$5,001 - $8,000 4%
$8,001 - $11,000 6%
$11,001 - $14,000 8%
Over $14,000 10%
1. Discounts apply if the customer pays cash in advance or if credit application has
been made and the the customer has paid the invoice according to terms.
2. Discounts are cumulative for purchases made between July 1, 2005 and June 30, 2006.
3. Discounts apply to plant material and to summer digging charges.

STORAGE:
Trees to be dug and held past April 30th will be subject to a 5% holding charge
the first month and 3% for each additional month.

CLAIMS:
Must be made within ten days on receipt of shipment and all unsatisfactory or
rejected stock held for advice or disposition. We are always happy to make
satisfactory adjustments when claims are definitely established.

WARRANTY:
We guarantee that all plants sold from our nursery will be alive and in healthy
condition when shipped. There is absolutely no guarantee, expressed or implied,
as to the productiveness of the plants sold or the results from transplanting,
transporting or storage of these plants.

GRADING:
By American Association of Nurseryman Standards.

CANCELLATION:
Due to the high cost of digging and moving nursery stock, no order may be
cancelled without written approval from Marine View Farms.
